Management Information System Executive

Job Summary: The WFM MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing workforce management data to support effective decision-making and optimize operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining and improving the MIS systems, generating reports, and providing insights based on workforce data. The WFM MIS Executive works closely with the Workforce Management team and other departments to ensure accurate and actionable information is available for planning and operational purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Management:

Maintain and manage the Workforce Management Information Systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.

Implement and oversee updates, configurations, and enhancements to the MIS systems as needed.

Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), staffing ...
