About The Role

We’re seeking management instructors to help evaluate AI systems trained on organizational behavior, leadership, and decision‑making.

• Type: Hourly / Task‑based Contract
• Compensation: $35-70 /hour
• Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training.
• Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions or weak decision logic.
• Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
