Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Lausanne.

• In close collaboration with property managers, you will be responsible for technical aspects and liaison work with owners, caretakers, and leaseholders.
• Key responsibilities include management of rent increases and decreases, establishing requests for quotes, orders, and damage reports tracking works. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of buildings management monitoring of budgets invoices processing site assessments establishing exit reports publishing managing advertisements correspondence tasks.
