Management Support Officer 

The Management Support Oficer (MSO) role provides high-impact operational partners to the Managing Director & Marketing Lead and the Bayer Medical Care Leadership team. Responsible for end‑to‑end administrative and organizational support, the role ensures cross‑functional alignment, drives operational excellence, and enables smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working. By enabling seamless communication and coordination, the MSO accelerates Bayer Medical Care B.V.’s transformation agenda and frees leaders to focus on strategic decision‑making.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management support: Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Managing Director and leadership team to keep meetings focused on priorities and enable efficient decision making.
