MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER (KULAI)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 50001 & Customer Audit.
• Review and update IMS documents, procedures, and manuals to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure integration of all ISO requirements into company operations.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare reports, address non-conformities, and ensure ongoing compliance through regular inspections and monitoring of legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external audits, coordinating audit preparations and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and implement and monitor preventive controls across quality, environmental, OH&S, information security, and energy management.
