KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Project Delivery
- Engage with the team in planning and setting user story deliverables to understand the process;
- Support in designing and developing new IT solutions in collaboration with the team;
- Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams (when applicable).
Process Improvement
- Identify and prioritize IT process improvements;
- Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc. ;
- Support new process implementation and sustainability.
Skills Development
- Understand IT processes across different value streams during the training period;
- Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach;
- Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.
