Job Summary:Wissen Technology is hiring aManagement Traineewho will learn core business development, sales, client relationship management, and strategic planning skills. This role is designed to prepare the trainee for future leadership positions within the sales and growth teams by exposing them to various business verticals and real-world projects.

KeyResponsibilities:
Conduct research toidentifypotential markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
Analyze competitor activities and prepare reports.
Assistin preparing sales pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) with senior team members.
Maintain strong follow-up and support client onboarding processes.
Work closely with the BD team to execute growth strategies and meet revenue targets.
Identifyopportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and channel development.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
Track sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
Use CRM tools tomaintainupdated records of leads, interactions, and opportunities.
