How are you creating an impact?
As a Management Trainee in McGraw Hill’s Higher Education team, you will promote our print and digital learning solutions in colleges and universities. By engaging with faculty, building relationships, and supporting smooth adoption of our tools, you’ll help deliver impactful learning experiences and contribute to our mission of unlocking the potential of every learner.

We are looking for 1 Management Trainee to join our team in Bengaluru.

What will you be doing?

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for higher education products (textbooks, eBooks, and digital learning platforms)
  • Visit colleges to build demand, promote offerings, and represent McGraw Hill at events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty and decision-makers
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and trainings for faculty and students
  • Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and territory planning
  • Gather market insights on competitors and adoption trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product adoption and ensure availability
  • Manage reporting by updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate business data

    • You should apply if you are:

  • Someone having a bachelor’s degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 institution
  • Someone who holds previous full-time/part-time work experience, certifications, bootcamp exposure, or extra-curricular experience from school/college will add to your chances of success
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate complexity and take ownership
  • Strong learning mindset with analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research, connect insights, and build business cases
  • Effective collaborator with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management ability with focus on process, data handling, and timely delivery
