Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in garment manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflows and supporting production excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operations within garment production units.
- Support in preparing and maintaining production schedules.
- Monitor basic quality checks under supervision.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Help track operational data and prepare simple reports.
- Learn and adhere to company standards and compliance requirements.
What You Bring
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology or related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of internship experience in operations.
