About the Role

The Management Trainee – Founders Office is a high-impact role designed for candidates who want to work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure across technology, strategy, and multi-functional project execution.

This role is ideal for individuals who actively leverage AI tools in their daily work to improve productivity, decision-making, research depth, and execution speed. You will support the founders in driving key strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, conducting research, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Support founders in strategic initiatives and daily operational execution.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research using both traditional methods and AI-powered research tools.
• Coordinate tech, product, and operations projects; track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and summaries using AI-assisted content creation and data analysis tools.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation quality, and enhance decision support.
• Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders with clarity and structure.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, tools, and process improvements, including AI-driven workflows and automation.
• Continuously explore and implement ways AI can improve efficiency, insights, and execution across functions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Notion AI, etc.) as part of daily work.
• Good understanding of project coordination and structured execution.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/master's degree in engineering or technology
• Internship or project experience in strategy, tech, product, consulting, or operations is an advantage.
