Management Trainee – Sales (Full Training Provided)

We are expanding our operations in Bengaluru and are looking for motivated freshers and junior candidates to join our Sales Partner Program. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales and grow into management roles.

• No prior sales experience required – full training provided.

This role is designed for individuals who want structured training, hands-on experience, and a clear path into team leadership and management .

This is a face-to-face role  covering B2B corporate and residential (B2C) sales, marketing, and live events . No prior experience is required as full training is provided .

- Learn professional sales and client acquisition techniques - Work closely with experienced managers and mentors - Develop communication, negotiation, and leadership skills - Progress into Team Lead and Management roles based on performance
