Job Description

  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories through aftermarket distributor in the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, aftermarket workshops, retailers and other stakeholders.
  • Training Development: Train, motivate, and monitor MSIL distributor performance to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Territory Management: Effectively manage the territory assigned. Ensure regular visits to distributors and its customers, identify new business opportunities and report market trends.
  • Competitor Information : Discuss Initiate action on competitor activities and provide insights on counter measures to mitigate market specific challenges from time to time.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on MSIL products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with distributors and customers.
