Manager Account Executives

Position

This is a remote position with up to 60% domestic travel. The role reports to the Senior Director of Restaurant Sales and Services for Asia and focuses on driving restaurant acquisition across Asia.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed assigned sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Prepare annual forecasts and comprehensive sales plans for the district.
• Interview, hire, and train new Account Executives as needed.
• Stay current with organizational changes, initiatives, and vision, and lead and empower the team accordingly.
• Maintain an authoritative understanding of all OpenTable products and services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
