    Job Description

  • Lead the monthly accounts closing process in coordination with each module owner (AR, AP, PO and Treasury) and Global shared services team, to ensure effective books closure within the applicable due dates.
  • Strengthen the flow of financial information with the internal departments by improving communication channels and driving automation.
  • Publish the relevant financial reports to internal stakeholders as per the reporting calendar efficiently.
  • Supervise the statutory and group audit processes, to ensure audit closure within the applicable timelines and minimal audit adjustments.
  • Maintain control over fixed assets of the company, perform periodic fixed asset register reconciliation with the books of accounts and ensure fixed assets policy compliance
  • Responsibility for consolidating various units' financial and operations reports and producing the monthly management accounts enforcing deadlines
  • Ability to work on multiple systems and database handling

    A successful Manager - Accounts should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems.
  • Experience in the hospitality & leisure industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
