We’re hiring a detail-oriented Finance Professional for the role of Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead day-to-day financial operations and insurance management for our client, a growing organization in the Financial Services industry, based in Gurugram.

As the Finance Operations Manager, your responsibilities would be:

  • Supervise and manage the complete accounting lifecycle, including general ledger, AP/AR, and month-end closing.
  • Take full ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR), from credit monitoring and payment posting to aging analysis and cash flow optimization.
  • Manage the company’s insurance portfolio, ensuring zero coverage gaps through proactive tracking and timely renewals.
  • Perform complex financial reconciliations (bank, vendor, and inter-company) to maintain absolute General Ledger integrity.
  • Oversee invoicing operations to ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and contractual terms.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to ensure seamless statutory filings for GST, TDS, and Income Tax.


Requirements

  • Core experience in Finance Operations, AR management, or Financial Analysis.
  • Strong technical grip on accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and insurance renewal cycles.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) and hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar software.
  • Proven ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets and perform thorough root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent professional communication skills for managing client invoicing queries and insurance provider relations.
  • A hands-on, organized approach to managing complex financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.
