Manager Accounts Consolidation

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting
Preparation of financial statements including consolidated financial statements according to Ind-AS.
Preparation of schedules as per the auditors requirement.
Closing monthly/quarterly/yearly financials and reports.
Liaising with teams and auditors on a regular basis and ensuring timely completion of audit.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Preparation of Project Cash Flows and monitor the progress
Ensure all financial reports are accurate, complete, and in compliance with local accounting standards IND AS.
Strong knowledge on all IND AS accounting standards especially IND AS 1, 2 7, 8, 12, 16, 19, 115, 116, 107, 109, 32, 103 & 110.
Coordinate with plant/branch finance teams for timely submission of financial data.
Review inter-company transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
Support statutory audit and internal audit for group reporting.
