What The Role Is
You lead the Admin Section as a one‑stop administration centre to manage all human resource (HR) matters, supporting the Signal Institute's (SI) operations.
What You Will Be Working On
- Ensure smooth delivery of responsive HR administration support
- Manage SI's allocated Unit Welfare Enhancement (UWE) funds
- Perform the role of Unit Resource Officer (URO) for budget oversight
- Formulate, review, and implement administrative procedures
- Serve as SI's Unit Delegated Administrator to coordinate account management matters
- Support career advancement initiatives for SI personnel
Challenge(s)
- Managing comprehensive HR operations with a lean Admin Office to support all permanent staff and trainees across SI
- Balancing diverse administrative demands
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, with performance management and course management experience being advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and electronic Human Resource (e‑HR) systems for daily administration
