HyFun Foods, a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Administration team.
Position Title: Manager - Administration
Experience: Minimum 12 years
Age Group: Up to 38 years
Job Location: The Acropolis, Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
Essential Areas of Expertise:
- Strong leadership in corporate administration and team management.
- Expertise in large-scale event planning and end-to-end logistics.
- Vendor, outsourced staff, and fleet management proficiency.
- Experience in office expansion, compliance, and regulatory coordination.
- Travel desk operations including bookings, visas, and ground logistics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Desired Area of Expertise:
- Experience in manufacturing + corporate office admin environments.
- Familiarity with ERP tools, automation, and modern office technologies.
- Project management exposure with cost and process optimization skills
Critical or Special Exposure:
- Experience handling high-stakes corporate events with senior leadership involvement
- Crisis handling and quick response during operational or facility-related emergency
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse administrative team to ensure high service standards and revenue-driven performance.
- Maintain a positive, healthy, and productive workplace environment.
- Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale annual meets, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Oversee administrative operations across multiple venues and regions.
- Supervise vehicle servicing, maintenance, and support processes for new fleet acquisitions.
- Ensure optimal fleet utilization and cost-efficient operations.
- Manage vendor and distributor networks to ensure budget-aligned service delivery.
- Monitor outsourced staff performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of essential supplies.
- Identify office expansion locations through market research and demographic analysis.
- Coordinate AP/AR processes with finance for accurate billing and timely disbursements.
- Oversee the in-house travel desk to manage seamless domestic and international travel bookings.
- Manage corporate travel platforms for flights, hotels, and itinerary updates.
- Facilitate visa processing and travel documentation for global travel.
- Coordinate taxis, airport transfers, and ground logistics for executives and staff.
- Support Greenfield Projects by coordinating site setup, infrastructure planning, vendor onboarding, and ensuring smooth operational readiness from initiation to launch
