The Team Manager – Admissions & Outreach will oversee the execution of student recruitment and outreach initiatives in the assigned region. The role is responsible for managing a team of counselors, field executives, and outreach coordinators to achieve admission targets, maintain strong institutional relationships, and enhance the university’s regional visibility.

Responsibilities



  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Supervise and guide a team of counselors, field executives, and outreach staff to ensure effective admissions operations.
  • Monitor team performance against targets and provide feedback, training, and motivation.
  • Ensure adherence to university policies, admission guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Student Recruitment & Admissions
  • Achieve regional admission targets for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Support counseling activities and ensure quality interactions with prospective students and parents.
  • Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and application tracking via CRM/ERP systems.
  • Outreach & Relationship Management
  • Facilitate school and coaching center engagements, seminars, career guidance sessions, and awareness programs.
  • Maintain relationships with educational partners and assist the team in networking initiatives.
  • Represent the university at regional education fairs and events when required.
  • Event & Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning and execution of admission drives, open houses, and promotional tours.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of logistics, communications, and on-ground activities for all events.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track team performance, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and share insights with senior management.
  • Identify areas of improvement in outreach and admissions processes.


Qualifications



  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience
  • 8–10 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, educational sales, or outreach.
  • Experience managing a team and achieving targets is mandatory.


Required Skills



  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to plan and execute events and work in a fast-paced environment.
