About Team Lease Edtech ( Team Lease Ed Tech ( formerly known as Schoolguru Eduserve) is Indias leading learning solutions company providing comprehensive services across Universities and Corporates. We have an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for leading sales teams, driving student admissions, improving quality and productivity, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders while contributing to overall business growth.
Role : Manager (University - Admissions)
Location: Guntur
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop strong and effective communication between Team Leaders and team members to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the call centre, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance skills, improve productivity, and achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle and resolve sales-related queries raised by universities and students in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive student admission numbers by monitoring performance, guiding teams, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Initiate and implement quality improvement measures to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute short-term and long-term business growth strategies.
- Identify market opportunities, drive new business, and ensure the team is equipped with the right guidance, resources, and skills to increase sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Academic teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Spend approximately 30% of the time in the field for market visits, partner engagement, team support, and business development activities.
