Job Description

Identify, onboard, and manage direct clients in the BFSI and Lead Generation sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with direct BFSI clients & agencies (North, West & South regions). Develop and execute effective media plans to optimize performance on CPA, ROAS, and funnel-level CPA metrics. Evaluate and monitor campaign KPIs & metrics to ensure delivery against advertiser goals. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client objectives and performance outcomes. Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies (AdsFlourish, iCubesWire, Affle, Pokket, etc.) to maintain a strong industry presence. Requirements Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience. Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
