Job Description

In this role, you will oversee, and coordinate business process initiatives aimed at identifying, documenting, analyzing, and improving complex processes to enhance quality, service, and operational efficiency, delivering significant business and financial benefits. These initiatives may include implementing new technologies, programs, or processes. You may also lead or supervise a team of Business Process Improvement Specialists while managing multiple medium- to large-scale projects.

A key responsibility is ensuring a seamless advisor workflow across the enterprise (Bank, Insurance, Wealth)—practice-first and platform-agnostic—by setting component standards and priorities that enable growth strategies to run quickly, reliably, and measurably.

This position reports to the AVP, Growth & Business Enablement and partners closely with Delivery/Platform, Strategic Growth, Risk/Legal, Finance/Data, Brand/Field, and Wealth & Insurance technology/product teams.
