1) Production planning & scheduling routine production activities for accomplishment of production targets.2) Knowledge / Experience in Project Management – Approval & Control, Activity planning and tracking, Capacity workout, Resource management, Change control & Management3) Experience of team handling of 15 to 20 people.4) Capex & revenue budget planning & execution 5) Knowledge of new technology being used for capacity & quality Safety & ESG improvement.6) Knowledge of Gear Machining process & Equipment - like Hobbing, Shaving, Rolling, Laser welding, Hard turning, Grinding, Tooth honing & grinding.7) Knowledge on Heat treatment process.8) Knowledge of all critical accuracies need to be maintained at Gear machining.9) Exposure to machine programming & setting of critical equipment./ operation.10) Well versed with various quality standards such as PPAP, APQP, LQOS, 7 QC Tools, MSA & SPC.11) ...
