Manager, AI/ML Ops Support

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled MLOps & AIOps Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models and AI workflows on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on Vertex AI. You will work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure ML and AI models are efficiently deployed, monitored, and maintained in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, monitor, and manage ML/AI models on Vertex AI, including training pipelines, model endpoints, and batch prediction workflows.
