**Position Statement:**

The Manager, Analytics - Brand Performance Support EMEA, serves as the analytical engine of the Brand Performance Support team, driving brand health, guest experience, and commercial performance through advanced analytics. The role leads the development and application of brand, customer, and commercial insights to proactively identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and measure the impact of business initiatives. Working in close partnership with brand, commercial, and cross-functional teams, this position translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve hotel performance and strengthen brand execution across EMEA.
