Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct R&D for new products in Nutraceuticals/Food Ingredients in powder and liquid forms.
  • Optimize formulations and functionality to improve product quality, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and interpret data across all phases of product design and development.
  • Lead R&D projects focused on innovative food product development.
  • Conduct research on new ingredients and their applications in food products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Application R&D for food ingredients.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and ingredient functionalities.
