1. Design & Development Leadership
Full Lifecycle Management:

Lead mechanical design for genset models from

10 kVA to multi-megawatt

units, overseeing 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and BOM generation in

Creo .
Sub-System Expertise:
Structures:

Design base frames, fuel tanks, and ISO containers/enclosures optimized for vibration isolation and structural integrity.
Thermal Management:

Develop cooling systems (radiators, fans, airflow) to ensure peak performance in varied ambient conditions.
Exhaust & Emissions:

Select and design mufflers, piping, and flex joints compliant with noise and emission regulations.
Acoustics:

Implement advanced vibration isolation and acoustic attenuation to meet stringent noise requirements.
