Manager, Applications Development

Please note this is a hybrid position. You will work one day a week onsite in our Fairport, New York Office and may work from home/remotely the other four days.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing expert knowledge and project leadership during the planning, analysis, design, implementation and analysis of enhancements, and maintenance of ConServe’s software position will provide leadership to the development and implementation of processes and procedures that control the introduction of new functionality and improvements upon existing applications, including documentation, standardization and adherence to the system development life cycle process. Responsible for Solution architecture, bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions with emphasis on collaboration across the ConServe landscape. Responsible for managing assigned IT applications staff and providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.
