We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Compass team at Mercer Tech, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Gurugram/Noida/Pune/Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Software Engineer is a pivotal role within a squad that has accountability for all aspects of the code produced, they often have experience of multiple platforms/projects and are considered to be role models for other engineers to look up to and obtain tacit knowledge and guidance. They will often have line management responsibilities and work closely with the Architecture Team in the design and delivery of a solution.
