Overview

Lead the APQP process and related quality activities for new and modified stainless steel and nickel-based alloy tubes from concept through production.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the APQP process from concept through production for new and modified stainless steel and nickel-based alloy tubes.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and gate reviews in accordance with APQP guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to APQP elements such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, PPAP, and MSA.
  • Monitor program status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, high-quality program launches.
