Responsibilities

APQP & Program Management

• Lead the APQP process from concept through production for new and modified stainless steel and nickel‑based alloy tubes.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and gate reviews in accordance with APQP guidelines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure adherence to APQP elements such as DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, PPAP, and MSA.
• Monitor program status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on‑time, high‑quality program launches.

Quality Planning & Documentation

• Work closely with the PPAP Coordinator to oversee creation and approval of PPAP submission packages for customers.
