About the Role

The Manager – Assets & Leasing is responsible for optimising the performance, value, and occupancy of the freehold and leasehold property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. The role oversees end-to-end leasing, tenant management, asset planning, and strategic value-add initiatives to drive income growth, minimise vacancy, and ensure strong tenant relationships.

This position is central to maximising revenue, protecting asset value and driving strategic growth across the portfolio.
