Brief:

We are seeking a
dedicated HR Generalist to support the various HR functions within
Talent team and not limited to compensation & benefits,
talent acquisition, employee relations, learning &
development and
etc.

Key
Responsibilities

• Support in HR
  operations from pre-onboarding to
  off-boarding.
• Support in performance reviews
  and development programs.
• Managing compensation
  and benefits of employees not limited to payroll, leave management,
  employee benefits and etc.
• Support in
  regulatory reports and any other compliance
  reports.
• Support employee relations activities
  and address employee concerns
• Assist with HR
  projects and initiatives as needed.
• Prepare
  monthly/quarterly report and provide valuable insights in
  analysis.
