Manager / Assistant Manager - MIS

Position:  Manager / Assistant Manager - MIS

Job location:  Sanand 

1) Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present key performance
indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
2) Design and implement data management systems, databases, and data warehouses to store and
analyse large datasets.
3) Collaborate with departments to identify data requirements and develop solutions to meet their
needs.
4) Analyse data trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
5) Develop and maintain documentation of MIS systems, processes, and procedures.
6) Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
7) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in MIS
8) Meeting with Sales team and discuss on the MIS on weekly basis.
8. Provide data-driven insights and support to the sales department, including:
- Analysing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Developing sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
9. Support interdepartmental collaboration by:
- Facilitating data sharing and integration across departments.
- Providing training and support on MIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings to ensure data-driven decision-making.
10. Present data Company insights and trends to senior management on a monthly basis, including:
- Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Providing actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
