Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of sachet and bottled water production, ensuring quality, efficiency,and compliance with health and safety standards

• Manage production teams and resources to meet production targets and deadlines

• Implement and monitor processes to improve operational efficiency and minimize waste

• Develop and execute strategies for production optimization and cost reduction

• Manage inventory, procurement and logistics for smooth supply chain management

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the water industry or a related manufacturing field

• Proven experience in team management, operations optimization and cost control

• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to water production and safety

• Must be willing to relocate
