Charterhouse are partnered with a fantastic firm based in the heart of the Sydney CBD – this firm has 4 Partners and a head count of around 45 and is growing year on year both organically and through acquisitions.

About the role
The firm are looking for someone to step into a Business Services Manager role with 2 direct reports and an established portfolio of clients to manage. Clients are of a wide range and include HNWI, Financial services, Professionals, Business owners etc.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of Clients
  • Tax planning and restructuring advice
  • Training and development of staff reporting into you
  • Preparation, delegation, and review of compliance work including tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, FBT etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team, developing future leaders
  • Work alongside partners on firm-wide strategy, business development, and growth initiatives
    • Skills & experience:
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Minimum 5-7+ years in Business Services
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Extensive understanding of compliance & advisory work
