As the business expands in Victoria, we are seeking an experienced People Leader, with a hands-on approach that will encompass both people management and individual contribution.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Technology Market, the value of Talent to our customers and a passion for leadership!
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record as both an Individual Contributor and People Leader within Technology Recruitment
- A true passion for people development, with a natural ability to coach and lead teams by example
- A strong commercial acumen, understanding the value of our services
- Sales and Account Management – An experienced agency recruiter with the appetite to grow business through the expansion of our footprint within existing customers and through New Business Development. Demonstrated experience of winning new clients and further developing existing ones.
