We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our Pharmacy Division at our Brisbane CBD office. In this role, you will work closely with the Partners, Directors, fellow Managers, accountants, and support staff throughout the division to deliver various taxation, financial, and business advisory services.


You will lead and mentor your team of passionate accountants by fostering a culture of professional development, upskilling, and expanding technical knowledge.


Key components of your new role:

  • Prepare and be integral to complex accounting and taxation engagements.

  • Be a regular point of contact for your clients, ensuring consistency in exceptional client service.

  • Providing leadership and guidance to an expanding and talented team of accounting professionals.

  • Ability to understand client needs and exhibit a high level of client service.

  • Advanced accounting technical knowledge, including application of accounting standards and compiling consolidated financial statements (in a private clients setting).

  • Ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

  • Advanced knowledge in areas of taxation.

  • Exposure to taxation consolidation is an advantage.

  • Ability to use, navigate and troubleshoot common client accounting software packages (i.e. MYOB and Xero), and larger enterprise products (an advantage).

  • Well-refined oral and written communication skills

  • Comprehensive Microsoft Excel skills and ability to efficiently work with large datasets.

  • Adaptable to engage a wide range of growing clients.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.

  • Ability to integrate with the team and collaborate effectively.
