Job Summary: 

The business development for Machinery Health Monitoring (MHM) at Emerson India plays a crucial role in driving funnel & orders growth across PAN India while working & collaborating with SYSS regional sales forces. The responsibility involves leading key accounts management, customer engagement, and driving the day-to-day Business Unit orders budget and POR for the MHM business. Reporting to the Reliability Solutions (RS) Sales leader, this individual is responsible for aligning sales strategies with annual business objectives, influencing senior leadership, and providing support to regional sales force to ensure above year-over-year market rate growth. With a strong focuson booking management and resource alignment, the MHM-BDM ensures technical support, quote response coordination, pricing, and deliveries to meet the business (BU & regional team) per market requirements.
