JOB CONTENT
Responsible for managing the sales function overseeing existing packaging accounts and identifying opportunities to develop new business within the portfolio. Develop and implement sales strategies and policies to deliver competitive solutions that meet customer needs and achieve company objectives.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to business planning by assisting the Head of Department in developing sales strategies and plans that are consistent with the organization's objectives to achieve the short and long term sales goals for packaging with the target on achieving maximum profitable sales growth.
- Liaise with other teams across the organization (particularly engineering, quality, supply chain and finance) to ensure that sales strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
