Manager – Beneficiary Sourcing & Ecosystem Engagement

We are hiring for one of our reputed clients for the position of Beneficiary Sourcing – Ecosystem Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong startup & SME ecosystems
• Source and onboard quality beneficiaries
• Develop partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and industry bodies
• Organize community engagement programs and events
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Track program impact and reporting

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in startup ecosystem / community building / entrepreneurship programs
• Strong networking and partnership management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder handling abilities
• Experience with NGOs, incubators, accelerators, or social impact programs is preferred

Location: Bangalore / Noida (On-site)
