Job Description
We are hiring for one of our reputed clients for the position of Beneficiary Sourcing – Ecosystem Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong startup & SME ecosystems
- Source and onboard quality beneficiaries
- Develop partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and industry bodies
- Organize community engagement programs and events
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Track program impact and reporting
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in startup ecosystem / community building / entrepreneurship programs
- Strong networking and partnership management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling abilities
- Experience with NGOs, incubators, accelerators, or social impact programs is preferred
Location: Bangalore / Noida (On-site)
