Job Description
We are hiring for one of our reputed clients for the position of Beneficiary Sourcing – Ecosystem Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage strong startup & SME ecosystems
Source and onboard quality beneficiaries
Develop partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and industry bodies
Organize community engagement programs and events
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Track program impact and reporting
Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in startup ecosystem / community building / entrepreneurship programs
Strong networking and partnership management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder handling abilities
Experience with NGOs, incubators, accelerators, or social impact programs is preferred
Location: Bangalore / Noida (On-site)
