  • Review, streamline, and maintain BRM documentation, including manuals, templates, guides, and tools, to ensure consistency, accessibility, branding, and version control.
  • Support the continued development of BRM governance materials, including role clarity for sponsors, benefit owners, analysts, and supporting functions.
  • Strengthen integration between BRM, Corporate Planning, the Portfolio Delivery Group, and related reporting cycles by mapping and aligning key activities, timelines, and deliverables.
