**About the Role:**



The Business Analytics Channels & Servicing Team partners with stakeholders in channel management and transformation to deliver a comprehensive view of customer sales and service touchpoints across all channels. Our goal is to understand how interactions throughout key customer journeys, for example, card servicing, onboarding, investment management, etc. impact overall customer experience, retention, and cross-channel engagement. We achieve this through in-depth analysis, ongoing dashboard reporting, and supporting the development of new datasets. This role needs a mix of technical and business/communication skills.
