Manager Business Consulting - Strategy & Change

Overview

This hybrid role requires presence at our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) at a minimum of 3 days per week, subject to change. As a core partner of the Business & Strategic IT Consulting practice, you will serve as an internal and external expert on driving organizational transformation through project leadership and change management fundamentals. You will help shape strategic goals and address operational challenges during implementation, including mobilization planning, roadmaps, transformation maturity assessments, and leading implementation engagements to overcome cultural and organizational barriers.
