Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with research scholars, academicians, and institutions requiring research support
- Explain company services such as proposal writing, thesis, dissertation, research papers, and journal publications
- Generate new leads, follow up with prospective clients, and close business deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with technical and research teams to understand offerings and fulfill client requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Explore new markets and business opportunities to expand the client base
