Job Title: Manager - Business Development & Growth (B2B Sales)


 Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales in the K-12
education sector. This role focuses on building relationships with schools and districts to
promote our educational solutions


 Key Responsibilities: 


 Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities within the K-12 education market. 


 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue goals. 


 Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school decisionmakers. 


 Solution Selling: Tailor our offerings to meet client needs and present solutions
effectively. 


 Lead Generation: Generate and convert leads through networking and industry events. 


 Collaboration: Work with marketing to create effective sales campaigns.


  Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and suggest improvements.


  Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations for mutual benefit.


 Qualifications: 


 Bachelor’s degree (B.TECH, M.TECH PREFERRED). 


 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in K-12 education. 


 Strong understanding of the education landscape.


  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
