Maintain and expand land deals and market research database

Monitor, track and analyse land transaction to keep the company updated on competitors’ movement

Keep track and updated on development and planning requirements imposed by authorities

Review and conduct preliminary market and feasibility studies on land proposals

Conduct preliminary checks with authorities on land status i.e. zoning, planning, approvals etc.

Conduct and oversees due diligence works such as extensive market research, company background checks, authority checks, site analysis etc.

Prepare and present new land proposals for approval to the Management which includes but not limited to site analysis, market analysis, proposed components and pricing, feasibility studies, sensitivity analysis etc.
