Strategic:

• Support the COO in crafting a comprehensive roadmap or plan to achieve world-class operational excellence over the next 3 to 5 years.
• Establish and lead a steering committee focused on advancing operational excellence and attaining world- class standards.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current operational state and develop projections for the desired future state at three-year and five-year intervals, utilising Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide this transformation.
• Formulate a long-term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) implementation, guided by the established roadmap and assessment.
• Champion the KAIZEN philosophy and culture and establish the adoption of Lean methodology in the organization through training, coaching/mentoring.
